Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the preparation and management of the university's budget, accounts, and financial statements.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of funds, financial transparency, and accountability.
∎ Formulate and implement financial policies and systems in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Private University Act 2010.
∎ Manage financial audits and liaise with regulatory authorities.
∎ Provide strategic financial guidance to support the university’s academic and infrastructural development.
