∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business development, Managing inbound and outbound tourists, Reservation/ Ticketing, Tour and Travel Agency, Travel Agent
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Event Management
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tour planning, Operation on Outbound Travel and create Wow Itinerary
∎ Strong knowledge Power Point & Excel
∎ Innovative & Self Thinking idea for Online Promotion & Marketing
∎ Client Hunt & Visit, Meet Sales Target with New Sales Opportunity
∎ Strong General Knowledge on Country and Region geographical Marking
∎ Have Minimal Idea about Booking tools like Airlines , Hotel/ Excursion
∎ Ability to Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication
∎ Deal with incoming emails & Calls including corresponding with local and overseas vendors.
∎ Fluent in English corresponding.
∎ To deal efficiently with all telephone, email, internet and 'in person' enquiries for Outbound Travel Operation
∎ Excellent To Do Approach and Analytical Skill
∎ To exercise effective listening to capture relevant information and provide a premium experience for the Client.
∎ Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages & Promote with Customers
∎ Diagnose the clients' specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services
∎ Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc.)
∎ Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
∎ Create and update electronic records of clients
∎ Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends and update the organization immediately.
∎ Maintain relationships with key persons of corporate clients
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Business Development, Customer Service, Travel Agent, Customer Care
∎ Honest and committed to work a long period in organization
∎ Working experience as a travel consultant will be added advantage
∎ Knowledge of traveling software will be added advantage
∎ Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
∎ Exemplary sales skills and customer service oriented approach
∎ Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc)
∎ Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
∎ Design & Develop Itinerary with Some Graphical & Office Tools
Salary: Negotiable
