Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Skillfully manage financial records using software.
∎ Experience in “Trabill” software will get preference.
∎ Experience in a travel agency as an accountant will get preference.
∎ Have account knowledge of IATA and BSP Link.
∎ Ensure seamless day-to-day financial transaction records with precision.
∎ Generate weekly & monthly sales reports.
∎ Able to recover due payments from clients & clear payments from vendors.
∎ Able to maintain a ledger.
∎ Reconcile accounts and promptly address any discrepancies.
∎ Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards related to finance.
