Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Passion for languages and interest in global communication.
∎ Understanding of translation, localization, and content adaptation.
∎ Proficiency in at least one language apart from Bengali/English (preferably European or East Asian).
∎ Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure content consistency across languages.
∎ Preferred but not required: Experience in SEO, content marketing, or AI-assisted translation tools.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and coordinate the translation of website content into multiple languages.
∎ Evaluate translation quality, implement improvements and develop localization best practices.
∎ Work with translators, AI tools and internal teams to streamline the translation process.
∎ Assist in promoting localized content, including social media and marketing initiatives.
∎ Road Genius is a global online travel company.
∎ We are looking for a Translation & Content Coordinator to help expand our global travel website into multiple languages. In this role, you will coordinate the translation and localization of travel-related content across 20+ languages, ensuring quality and consistency.
