∎ Master of Social Science (MSS)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Food Security
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ a. Able to carry out planning, monitoring, follow-up and evaluation of the training program as per project design.
∎ b. Good participatory training facilitation technique and presentation skills and also experienced in arranging training, workshop and dissemination sessions of project findings with staff, management and other beneficiaries.
∎ c. Experienced in preparing and facilitating training, follow-up and skill assessment.
∎ d. Able to conduct Training Need Assessment and develop training and learning materials.
∎ e. Having good interpersonal skills and are able to maintain liaison and coordinate with Government, donor and the networks through teamwork.
∎ f. Able to work in team and lead team.
∎ g. Good analyzing and reporting skills (written and verbal) in both Bengali and English.
∎ h. Able to work with vulnerable and marginal host community.
∎ i. Having experience in implementing community development approach.
∎ j. Able to ride Motor cycle and have valid driving license.
∎ k. Have good computer knowledge on - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and using internet.
∎ l. At least 3-5 years working experience in relevant position with experience in Food Security, livelihood and Gender interventions under any development organizations.
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
