∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation in Social Science/ relevant discipline.

Job Context:
∎ BLF is inviting to suitable candidates for Training Officer offering attractive salary package.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka City, Keranigonj (Dhaka).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design different training course and prepare training implementation plan specially for Labour sector
∎ Develop training module, Manual and design training material/BCC materials
∎ Conduct Training Need Assessment (TNA)
∎ Facilitate different training sessions and moderate national level round table/workshop/seminar/dialogue
∎ Lead the training team as well as training department
∎ Coordinate with different organizations and develop a trainer's resource pool
∎ Organize and conduct training at field and national level
∎ Provide support to Programme/Project Coordinator and Manger-Programme
∎ Prepare training report according to the project requirement
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience in Trainer position in Development Organizations-NGOs
∎ Basic Computer skills especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet browsing with Bangla and English Typing
∎ Excellent competency on preparing PowerPoint Presentation
∎ Experience on RMG and working with worker and trade union will be given preference
∎ Ability to work with team and independently
∎ Ability to work under-pressure, meet deadlines, priorities workload and 'multi-task'
∎ Commitment and understanding of organizational aims, values, principles and policies
∎ Female candidate will be given preference
