• Assist the team members in organizing and conducting training sessions on sustainable agriculture practices, ICT-based solutions, and gender-based violence (GBV) awareness for farmers and community members.

• Develop and prepare training materials, including manuals, presentations, handouts, and visual aids that cater to the needs of the target audience, especially women farmers.

• Facilitate group activities, role-playing exercises, and discussions during training sessions to encourage participation and ensure understanding of the key concepts by participants.

• Assist in monitoring participant engagement during training sessions and gathering feedback to assess the effectiveness of the training programs.

• Assist with organizing training logistics, including booking venues, setting up equipment, and ensuring all training materials are available and ready for use.

• Keep detailed records of participant attendance, training schedules, and materials used during each session for reporting and evaluation purposes.

• Assist in preparing training reports for internal and donor submission, summarizing key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

• Assist participants in understanding and using ICT tools for agricultural practices, market information, and GBV reporting or support.

• Provide technical assistance on using mobile apps, digital platforms, and other ICT tools introduced during the training.

As per project budget allocation employee will be entitled all other benefits like as festival bonus.
