Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing and updating localized training materials.
∎ Accept and learn all kinds of training organized by the company, and carry out all kinds of training for sales promoters, dealers, shop assistants.
∎ Competitive product comparison data update and training.
∎ Find the gap in promoters’ ability, and use the right courseware to carry out our training for the targeted promoters to increase their ability.
∎ Evaluate the overall ability of regional promoters, find problems, and propose a complete improvement plan & implementation.
