Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitating products, sales & hands-on online & class room training for salesforce;
∎ Coordinating newly recruited personnel orientation, onboard, & OJT and conducting quiz & online exam / training management;
∎ Managing classroom & regional route training plan & processes and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment / products;
∎ Prepare and update Monthly & Yearly training materials, calendar, reports & records and evaluate individual salesforce knowledge and consulting to salesforce for challenges they have on the job;
∎ Retail visits & identify the area of improvement of Salesforce and market visits & develop effective completions countermeasure tools;
∎ Salesforce BROI analysis of Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly and identifying low sales performance of individuals;
∎ Developing new habits of a team and query solving for all associated departments and teams;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills as a facilitator of Training
∎ Excellent in typing both Bangla & English, PowerPoint, Photoshop
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
∎ Able to work with diversified team
∎ Rapid query solver
∎ Creative and Interpersonal skills
∎ Energetic, good appearance, and sound health
∎ Clarity of voice and tonality
