Job Responsibilities:
∎ Area training, VBA service & ATM team KPI evaluation, target make.
∎ Make different strategy & plan for Training & terminal department.
∎ Make different types of project & report for the department.
∎ Join SA training
∎ Different area market visit (include for new product pre-order & 1st sales)
∎ Conduct & execute all kinds of product training & training for trainers’ development
∎ Check all training materials, Questions, One pager, videos, and training related things.
∎ Arrange product mobilization meeting
∎ Assists in localized make material for training
∎ Trainers Monthly Meetng
∎ Trainer recruitment according to regional need and follow up.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs: MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint, & MS Access & outlook.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
∎ Teaching and facilitation skills.
