Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend class in time & maintain class as per given CS, CBLM & others book given by Management.
∎ Liaise with lead trainer to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
∎ Assist to design effective training programs
∎ Assist to select and book venues for campaigning
∎ Assist to conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
∎ Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
∎ Cooperate to new trainers
∎ Keep attendance and other records
∎ Assist to manage training budgets
∎ Assist to conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum Diploma or Graduate in relevant field (Plumbing/Electrical Installation & Maintenance/Graphic Design/Machine Shop Practice/Welding)
∎ Skilled in IT
