Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ Certified as Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS).
∎ Successful completion of “Train the Trainer” workshop or program from any leading training institute.
∎ One of the following professional trainer certification.
∎ Corporate Trainer Certified (CTC) from MSI
∎ Certified Professional Trainer (CPT)
∎ Additional Microsoft Certification in the relevant field will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skill, IT System Management, Trainer/ Faculty
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting multimedia classroom training to audience of size 25-50 trainees.
∎ Training Schedule 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
∎ Excellent and Fluent Presentation Skill.
∎ Strong knowledge in Basic Computer Fundamental, Networking, Microsoft Office, Hardware & Troubleshooting.
∎ Capable to take exam of size 25-50 trainees.
∎ Communicate & Co-ordinate with trainees.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Be an acceptable and warm team member.
∎ Excellent know how on Smart Technologies business.
∎ Flexible to work extended hour & weekend as & when needed.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A
∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ 5+ years of experience in conducting multimedia classroom training to audience of size 25-50 trainees, out of which 3 years should be in training of computer operations.
∎ At least one (1) experience in preparation of training material and CBT (Computer-Based-Training) modules for a Government client.
∎ At least two (2) experiences in conducting multi-location al training programs for large Government or Corporate client, involving more than 200 participants, over the last 3 years.
