• Age 27 to 45 years

a.     Able to organize training for the project participants.

b.     Able to carry out planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the ongoing business intervention of the project. 

c.     Having good interpersonal skills and are able to maintain coordinate with project team. 

d.     Good facilitation and presentation skills.

e.     Able to work in team and lead team.

f.      Good reporting skills (written and verbal) in both Bengali and English.

g.     Having good understanding on business development, marketing and business record keeping for project beneficiaries including budgeting, planning and financial management.

h.     Able to work with vulnerable and marginal community.

i.      Able to ride Motor cycle and have valid driving license.

j.      Have good computer knowledge on – Typing both Bengali and English, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and using internet.

k.     At least 3-5 years working experience in relevant position with experience in livelihood, food security or business development under any development organizations.

This position is primarily responsible for organizing all the agriculture based and livelihood trainings for the project participants and also provide technical support to the trained participants for starting small business in context to the project site. Therefore, this position will also organize training on business development, marketing and business record keeping on the above issues for staff and project participants. This position will conduct market assessment and link with the local resources for the growth of the business initiatives. This position will provide close support to selective business groups in starting environment friendly business. Also, will assist in building network with the local government agriculture, livestock and fishery departments, also will extend necessary follow-up and reporting on the interventions.
