Responsibilities & Context:
Trainee Digital Marketing Officer
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
Assist in designing basic marketing creatives using Canva.
Monitor social media engagement, reach, followers, and audience growth.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Learn and assist with basic Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising.
Conduct basic keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
Assist with basic SEO activities for websites and online platforms.
Monitor website and social media performance and prepare regular reports.
Collect and organize online leads and customer inquiries.
Research new digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies.
Work closely with the marketing team to achieve campaign goals.
Perform other digital marketing-related tasks as assigned.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of Canva.
Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Good communication and writing skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO.
Willingness to learn new digital marketing tools and techniques.
Creative and analytical mindset.
