ZettaByte Technology Ltd. is a software & App Development company building digital products, including ZettaHRM, an all-in-one HR management platform for modern businesses. As we grow our customer base, we're looking for a creative, data-driven marketing professional to build awareness and generate leads for our products.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Create and manage content such as posts, blogs, case studies, brochures and product explainers

• Generate and nurture B2B leads for ZettaHRM and other company products

• Manage the company's social media presence and LinkedIn

• Support SEO and website content to improve organic traffic

• Track, analyze and report on campaign performance (reach, leads, conversions, ROI)

• Coordinate with the design and development teams on product launches and updates

• Research competitors and market trends to find new growth opportunities

• Support client outreach, demos and sales presentations

Employment Status: Full-time

Experience Requirements

• 1 year of experience in digital or B2B marketing, preferably in a software/IT company

• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios or internship experience may also apply

Additional Requirements

• Experience with Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and LinkedIn marketing

• Good knowledge of SEO, email marketing and content marketing

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, and a CRM (HubSpot or similar) is a plus

• Strong analytical, creative and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Experience marketing SaaS or B2B products is an added advantage
