Are you a creative thinker ready to launch your career in fashion design? Energypac Fashions Ltd is seeking a passionate Trainee Officer to join our dynamic Fashion Design team. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the industry while contributing to innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sketch original clothing designs

• Research and select appropriate fabrics and materials

• Support design production and industry trend analysis

• Work closely with Merchandising and other cross-functional teams

• Stay current with emerging fashion trends—especially Western fashion

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design (required)

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Awareness of sustainable fashion and production workflows

• Strong grasp of Western wear trends and garment construction

• Skilled at organizing and facilitating training sessions

• Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and teamwork

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent software

• Capable of preparing Techpacks and design worksheets

• Eager to learn, flexible, and adaptable

Employment Details

• Employment Type: Trainee (Freshers encouraged to apply)

• Reporting Manager: Executive, Vice President

• Duration: 6–12 months, with the possibility of permanent employment based on performance
