Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate Qualification in any Discipline / B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any reputed Public University.
Job Context:
∎ We intend to recruit fresh and bright Candidates who will be trained as Merchandisers for our 100% export oriented Sweater Factories.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ All fresh Candidates will be trained to be effective Merchandisers.
∎ They will work with present Merchandising Team and learn their basics on Merchandising.
∎ Based on their performance, they will be posted at different Factories and in future they will perform as independent Merchandisers in our Factories.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be enthusiastic, energetic with good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be creative, innovative and concentrated to be in details.
∎ Should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Should have strategic thinking and commercial awareness of textile industries.
∎ Should have good verbal and written communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Should be patient, target oriented and have the mentality to work under stress.
∎ Should be self-motivated, willing to learn and ready to take challenges.
∎ Preferred Candidates from Uttara, Tongi, Board Bazar, Gazipur and adjacent areas.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 24000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Selected Candidates will be trained within the Factories and they will be awarded with an increment of Tk. 5,000.00 after successful completion of their probation period (6 months) and based on their Annual Performance Appraisal, they will be eligible to receive Annual Increment up to 15% of their existing Salary after one year from the date of their regularizations.
