Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team as a Trainee Executive – Accounts & Finance. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with a passion for accounting and a willingness to grow in a dynamic, multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and record daily expenditures, prepare vouchers, and post entries into QuickBooks or other accounting software.
Demonstrate strong understanding of journal entries and financial documentation.
Assist in salary sheet preparation, ensuring accuracy through record comparison.
Operate MS Word, MS Excel, and email platforms with confidence and speed.
Be prepared for frequent travel to North Bengal as required by Management.
Support additional finance and admin tasks as assigned.
