Job Responsibilities:
∎ -Manage, and coordinate all aspects of the program that includes a diverse range of experimental and theoretical research in wide range of products.
∎ -Developing new approaches or improving current testing methods of all raw materials and finished products.
∎ -Conduct resourceful training session for the shift chemists & Lab Helper for developing a better workforce.
∎ -Conduct long term product development tests like loss of assay, determination of shelf life etc.
∎ -Review and approve laboratory analytical data, by this process advise any suggestion to relevant department to rectify the process if any deviation found.
∎ -Assist with maintain of chemical/supply inventory and prepare monthly and annual budget for such.
∎ -Run and maintain sophisticated machines like Gas Chromatography, Liquid Chromatography, TOC Analyzer and Karl-Fischer Titrator in regular basis.
∎ -Proper guidance to shift chemist to prepare and calibrate every possible standard solutions and indicators carefully and keep a sharp eye on their individual shelf life.
∎ -Check & quality ensure every single incoming raw material before they introduced in the system.
∎ -Maintains safe and clean work environment.
∎ -Check all test methods and ensure that it is valid before use.
∎ -Test and analyze of materials & Instrument and report.
∎ -Monitor all machine and Instruments are calibrated and validated.
∎ -Updated all method and compile all record.
∎ -Carry out any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
