Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors or Masters in Economics/ Business Administration or in Journalism/ Mass Communication from a reputed University

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To find and research news stories and program items.
∎ To write voice pieces, bulletins and program items, exercising editorial judgment, maintaining professional standards and sticking editorial policies.
∎ To interview and report, in both recorded and live situations, in the studio or on location.
∎ To prepare and present bulletins.
∎ To prepare online and interactive stories.
∎ To produce live and recorded items for TV.
∎ To suggest news story and program ideas on a regular basis.
∎ To operate technical equipment for all media to the required standard.
∎ To develop and maintain contacts and to respond professionally to inquiries from the public.
∎ At all times to carry out duties in line with health and safety guidelines.
∎ At all times to carry out duties in line with values and editorial guidelines.
∎ Researching and collating evidence and information to support a story using relevant information sources (internet, archives, databases, etc);
∎ Selecting appropriate locations, pictures and sound and exercising editorial judgment on the best angle to approach a story from.
∎ Identifying necessary resources and deploying/managing technical crews for location shoots, including sound operators and camera crew.
∎ Providing directorial input, advising crews on what to film or record.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Electronic Media will get preference (Journalism)
