∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Marketing Sales, Sales & Marketing, sales and Distribution, Sales Reporting
Job Context:
∎ The job location is New Eskaton, Dhaka
∎ Having a Motorcycle will add value.
∎ The candidate will stay with the company for at least 3 years
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop strategic business operating plan to achieve annual sales for the assigned products
∎ To evaluate competitors activities and formulate counter strategy for the same
∎ To visit existing & prospective customers regularly for personal relationship development & collect of orders for fulfillment of sales target
∎ To submit bills and follow up closely for collection of outstanding
∎ To collect customers complaints and solve them in close coordination with concerned authority
∎ To create new venues for our products
∎ To identify any new business portfolio
∎ To monitor & supervise sales calls of sales associates
∎ To create demand for your assigned products & help in achieving sales objectives
∎ To prepare your products sales aid as per strategy
∎ To prepare IWO & work order send to factory with the approval of the concerned sectional Head
∎ Any other work as & when assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Possessing a positive attitude and proactive
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
∎ Effective communication skills, negotiation skills.
∎ Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint presentation
∎ Analytical ability.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Provident fund, Gratuity, Performance bonus
∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
