Responsibilities & Context:
- Design and promote international tour packages.
- Advise clients on travel arrangements and package customization
- Handle customer queries and provide travel consultancy over phone, email, and in person
- Prepare tour quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and ground handlers.
- Ensure smooth execution of booked tours.
- Maintain client database and follow up for repeat sales.
- Close sales and process bookings efficiently
- Negotiate with vendors and service providers for competitive rates.
