Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive and reply to emails, carry out marketing and promotions, and social media advertisements.
∎ Handling international holiday package queries. Create and support the organization in building and maintaining a professional network within the hoteliers, suppliers, and transporters wherever applicable.
∎ Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Airline, Travel Agent, Overseas Companies, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Online news portal, Airport Service.
∎ Develop travel products and day-to-day operational support for Holiday Packages.
∎ Handling domestic and international holiday packages queries.
∎ Create and support the organization in building and maintaining a professional network within the hoteliers, suppliers, transporters & wherever needed.
∎ Provide honest and authentic services to the customers & office as well.
∎ Good English communication skills (verbal and Written).
