Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Client Consultation: Engage with clients to grasp their travel aspirations, preferences, and budget constraints. Offer expert advice and suggest suitable destinations, itineraries, and travel packages tailored to their needs.
∎ Itinerary Planning: Craft personalized travel itineraries considering client preferences, destination attractions, accommodation options, transportation, and budgetary constraints.
∎ Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments. Provide comprehensive information about various travel products, including tours, packages, accommodations, and transportation options.
∎ Booking Coordination: Efficiently coordinate bookings for flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Ensure all arrangements are made accurately and aligned with client preferences and budget.
∎ Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process. Address client inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously.
∎ Sales and Revenue Generation: Promote travel products and services to maximize sales and revenue. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to enhance the overall travel experience and profitability.
∎ Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, payments, and other relevant information. Ensure all documentation is complete, organized, and compliant with company policies and regulations.
∎ Relationship Management: Nurture strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and vendors to build trust, loyalty, and repeat business. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travel plans and customer satisfaction.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek feedback from clients to enhance service delivery. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to refine and improve the travel counseling process.
