Responsibilities & Context:
Proficient in using computer.
Should be active, serious and responsible at duty posts.
Should have a very good learning ability
Collect tolls from drivers passing through toll booths.
Provide excellent customer service to drivers.
Answer questions and provide information to drivers as needed.
Maintain accurate records of transactions.
Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.
Report any discrepancies or issues to Toll Operation management.
