বিল্ডিং তৈরী সরঞ্জাম (দেশী-বিদেশী টাইলস, সিরামিকস, স্যানিটারী ফিটিংস, বাথরুম ওয়্যার, দরজা ও দরজা ফিটিংস, ইলেক্ট্রিক ও ইলেক্ট্রনিক্স এবং পেইন্টস ও হার্ডওয়্যার)- এর শোরুম/দোকানে সেলস করার অভিজ্ঞতা এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রোডাক্টে দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। এছাড়া শোরুম সেলস টিম পরিচালনায় অভিজ্ঞদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হইবে এবং এক্ষেত্রে শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা শিথিলযোগ্য।
