Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make reservations and answering all incoming telephone queries promptly and efficiently.
∎ Calculating fares and issuing tickets.
∎ Calculating refunds.
∎ Re-Issuing of tickets.
∎ Keep the strong relationship with the Airlines & local suppliers
∎ Should have good knowledge at GDS (Sabre & Galileo)
∎ Chasing and confirming any pending reservations of special requirements.
∎ Keeping manuals up-to-date.
∎ Working at the ticket desk and assisting guests as per the requirements.
∎ All other duties as and when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ We are looking for young, energetic and self-motivated personnel for executive.
∎ Must have good command in English & Bengali (speaking and writing).
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Should have a positive approach, good manners, and responsible behavior
∎ Must have experience about MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point and Internet is compulsory
∎ A team player and a good communicator and capable to work under pressure

Salary: Negotiable
