Job Context:
∎ GO BD GO Ltd. are looking for potential and experienced candidates for the position of Executive / Sr. Executive, Ticketing & Reservation. Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Candidates are expected to be goal-oriented, confident, quick learner, and very good in speaking and writing. We are looking for energetic, hard-working, smart, punctual, honest, and self-motivated individuals to fulfill the following post.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent knowledge in Airline Reservation - Booking of airlines through Galileo system, preparation of Itineraries, fare calculation etc.
∎ Prompt response with the clients to ensure best possible offers, services & support. Quick response to client's query through phone, email and social media.
∎ Keep a strong relationship and coordination with all the Airlines, service providers & other suppliers and as well as the valued passengers.
∎ Take complaints and valued suggestions from the customers, follow up properly when any issue arises.
∎ Inform customers about our products and services, use unique selling points to highlight our product features over the call or email.
∎ Keep updated knowledge of Airline's offers, Travel notices & circulars and update the concerns accordingly.
∎ Any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the management for the betterment of the company.
∎ Quick respond to client's query through phone, email and social media.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MS Office - particularly Word, Excel.
∎ Should be capable to work as individual or in a team.
