∎ Training/Trade Course: Ticketing (GDS : Amadeus )
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation, Creating PNR using Amadeus.
∎ Dealing with Customers' queries and complaints about Ticketing.
∎ Quick respond to Clients' queries
∎ Making invoices & ticketing
∎ Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
∎ Skilled in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel), Internet Browsing and Fast Typing (Both English & Bengali).
∎ Candidate must be self-motivated & willing to work under pressure. Must be smart, protive and hardworking.
∎ Should follow the office timing, rules and other terms as per company policy.
∎ Should be honest and ethical.

∎ Age 20 to 35 years

The company looks after number of corporate accounts.
