∎ We are looking for a Young, Energetic, Target Oriented, qualified and ambitious candidates to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of the Sales & Marketing department.
∎ To succeed in this role, you must be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients. You will assume different roles at times, as a project coordinator, critical/creative thinker, storyteller, and communication expert, and be confident chasing sales targets.
∎ You will have a creative flair and will be able to effectively communicate with clients to understand the delicate needs of our premium client segment, and persuasively pitch the best solution to the clients. A strong network in the developer and architecture industries will be highly regarded.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation (Domestic, International, Hajj & Umrah), Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS (Sabre), Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
∎ Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
∎ Sorting out issues that may increase bookings or reservations.
∎ Increasing selling by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as Hajj package, Umrah package, tours & travels package, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
∎ Manage Daily Official works. Making invoices & maintain ticketing and visa-related accounts.
∎ Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, and others accordingly.
∎ Must have knowledge of Airlines terms and conditions and ADM/ ACM policies.
∎ Have experience in group ticket arrangement and act as a tour guide if needed.
∎ Have AITA handling experience is necessary for this position.
∎ Must be able to meet monthly sales targets.
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & willing to work under pressure. Must be smart, proactive, and hardworking. Act as a tour guide if needed.
∎ Should follow the office timing, rules, and other terms as per company policy.
∎ Any duties assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technology.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
∎ Good typing skills (Bangla & English).
∎ Honest and ethical mind setup.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
