∎ Bachelor/ Masters from reputed universities (Preferably from Business Background).
∎ Maybe relaxed for highly experienced and deserving candidates.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales & Marketing.
∎ Dealers Networking, New dealers opening, etc.
∎ Monitor & follow-up the individual, monthly, quarterly and yearly target.
∎ Achieving total level value & volume target and ensuring optimum products distribution.
∎ Performing primary sales order management and verifying secondary sales.
∎ Deliver product Knowledge to relevant customer.
∎ Preparing periodic sales report and analyzing performance against program to determine their effectiveness.
∎ Monitoring distributors' stock, ensuring timely payment from distributors and receiving claim adjustment.
∎ Ensuring coverage and availability as per the norms & resolving problem at immediate subordinate & out-level.
∎ Also able to work under pressure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Self Motivated.
∎ Have good communication Skills.
∎ Love to travel.

Salary:
∎ Good but Negotiable.
