Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
∎ Source and activate new dealers and revive inactive ones to meet sales goals.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly tour plans for management review.
∎ Ensure sales collections are completed as per targets.
∎ Visit dealers, retailers, and farmers regularly to identify new sales opportunities.
∎ Collect and process orders efficiently to maintain seamless sales operations.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and farmers.
∎ Coordinate with the technical team to promote product benefits and arrange technical seminars.
∎ Prepare and submit daily sales, collection, and market analysis reports to the supervisor.
