Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, seed marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Territory-wise Sales & Marketing plan.
∎ Achieve the sales target by variety, by volume, and by Dealer.
∎ Collection of credit in time & maintain all credit-related documents.
∎ Keeping Liaisons with DAE & other MoA officials at field level.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of Seed at Dealers point.
∎ Effective Coordination with Dealers, Retailers & Farmers.
∎ New Dealer selection, field visit & providing technical support to the Farmers.
∎ Submit travel plan, expense & crop report.
∎ Development in Sales Admin activities.
∎ Keep all kinds of records for Sales & Marketing works for the assigned Territory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ The candidate must have the mindset and be capable of extensive field visits.
∎ The candidate must be honest, smart, energetic, fast learner, and result-oriented team member.
∎ The candidate must be able to ride a motorcycle (Must have a valid driving license).
∎ Computer (especially in MS Excel) and smartphone operating skills are necessary.
