Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
∎ Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
∎ Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
∎ Regularly update clients on new products, promotions, and industry trends.
∎ Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
∎ Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
∎ Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales materials.
∎ Coordinate with the customer service and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
