∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for marketing and sales of cookies and biscuits, Beverage, Candy, Chips, etc with FMCG background. Searching all possible business opportunities and essentially creating new dealers.
∎ Supervising all Sales Representatives (SR) working under the territory.
∎ Visiting existing dealer and encourage them for sales development by providing every possible service and benefits.
∎ Taking all reasonable initiative to promote Span products within the territory.
∎ Achieve sales target and ensure sustainable growth of market share.
∎ Providing report authentic market information and market demand to the supervisors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years working experience in the field of cookies and biscuits, Beverage, Candy, Chips, etc with FMCG background.
∎ Physically fit, energetic and able to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh & travel frequently.
∎ Well-spoken quality, smart and having decent personality.
∎ Good computer operating skills.
