Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Regional Sales Manager (RSM) who will lead multiple team of (ASM) Area Sales Manager, TSO (Territory sales officer) & SR (Sales representative) for generating sales in assigned business areas for cookies and biscuits, Beverage, Candy, Chips, etc. with FMCG background.
∎ Mentioned Area: Dhaka, Chittagong, Comilla, Barisal, Jessore, Khulna, Noakhali.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing & Developing dealers channels & corporate clients.
∎ Set & achieve target monthly, quarterly, half yearly, & yearly strategic marketing plan for Printing.
∎ Follow up on Developments, dealer channel & corporate clients.
∎ Achieve targeted business volume.
∎ Follow-up the daily sales & collection.
∎ Lead the team with an efficient and effective way to attain targets.
∎ To develop and maintain customers, set up sales network.
∎ Collect purchase orders to achieve the sales target in an estimated period.
∎ To be able to create new clients and to maintain good business relation with the existing clients.
∎ Generating revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing by using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
∎ Maintain full process of order processing from order receive to deliver and document to payment collection
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good knowledge in food and beverage products
∎ Must have 2-3 years of experience in FMCG industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dealer Sales & Marketing and Corporate Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Biscuit, bread, beverage, Candy, Chips, etc FMCG.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer, MS Office program especially in MS Excel.
