Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities will be like Territory Sales Manager.
∎ Analysis on competitor's products, prices and services.
∎ Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
∎ Prepare daily work report as well as weekly & monthly report with all related information.
∎ Promote our products and services to prospective customers.
∎ Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
∎ Work closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas.
∎ Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Discover sales opportunities through consumer research.
∎ Monitor competition within assigned region.
∎ Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services.
∎ Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in ENGLISH & BENGALI
∎ Work experience as a Sales Manager
∎ Familiarity with Toy industry is a plus
∎ Experience with MS Office and relevant office software
∎ Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue
∎ Ability to apply sales strategies and use performance KPIs
∎ Organizational and leadership ability
∎ Problem-solving aptitude
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Resilient with a proven track record in sales
