Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set for the assigned territory
∎ Supervise, guide, and support field Sales Officers under your region
∎ Ensure effective market coverage through distributor and retailer engagement
∎ Ensure timely collection of dues from the market and maintain healthy accounts receivable
∎ Conduct regular market visits to monitor field activity, branding, and visibility
∎ Identify and onboard new dealers/retailers to expand market presence
∎ Implement promotional activities and ensure point-of-sale materials are used effectively
∎ Monitor competitors' activities and report insights to senior management
∎ Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
∎ Provide training and performance feedback to sales staff
∎ Maintain strong trade relationships and resolve any market-level conflicts
∎ Coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager to align territory strategies with national goals
∎ Work Location: Multiple regions across Bangladesh (as assigned)
