Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO,Consulting Firms,Manpower Recruitment

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (with solid academic background).

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO,Consulting Firms,Manpower Recruitment

• 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Food Category.

• Ability to build and maintain excellent trade relationship utilizing interpersonal skills.

• Persuasive selling, influencing & interpersonal skills are a must

• Experience in managing distributors and frontline sales teams.

• Strong analytical mindset and performance driven attitude.

Location: Dhaka, Savar, Gazipur, Tongi, Narayanganj, Cumilla, Feni, Noakhali, Chattogram

Responsibilities:

• Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.

• Ensure distributor ROI, coverage, stock availability & health.

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of Sales Officers.

• Execute visibility, merchandising & activation plans in trade.

• Track competitor activity and market dynamics regularly.

• Travel & Daily Allowance: As per company policy.

• Mobile Allowance: BDT 1200-1500

• Performance Based Incentive: Up to BDT 12,000

• Festival Bonus
