∎ We are looking for some young, dynamic and energetic `Territory Sales Manager` who has proven experience in FMCG Product for meaningful contribution to reach the organization`s goal.
∎ Our Parent Company "ANH Group" has different organizations across the country like SRD Limited, RAY Bangladesh, Agrow Limited, RAY DEO etc.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain a group of dynamics sales officer.
∎ Ensure product/SKU/Route/SO wise daily/monthly/yearly sales target achievement for assign territory.
∎ Recruit sales officers and finding distributor.
∎ Manage distributor and sales officers.
∎ Lead and trained in-field sales Officers who are working under you to ensuring proper sales call to achieve the sales target.
∎ Submit & monitoring all reports via sales software.
∎ Convey product and offer details to distributor & retailer.
∎ Monitoring day by day distributor floor product stock.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with experience in Toiletries Industries are preferable

Salary: Negotiable
