Responsibilities & Context:
Establish sales goals, monitor sales performance, and implement strategies to improve sales
Coach, mentor, and motivate sales associates to ensure high performance and productivity
Develop and implement customer engagement strategies
Analyze customer data to assess buying behaviors and trends
Maintain inventory levels and merchandising displays
Manage store operations, including administrative duties, staff scheduling, organizing promotional campaigns, and events
Manage safety and security procedures
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
