Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Corporate Sales Leadership
    • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for tableware glass in assigned territory.
      • Develop customized solutions for bulk orders (e.g., branded corporate gifts, hotel collections).
  2. Key Account Management
    • Build relationships with:
      • Hotel & Restaurant Chains (F&B procurement teams)
      • Corporate Gifting Agencies
      • Event Management Companies
      • Premium Retailers (for B2B supply)
      • Government/Institutional Caterers
  3. Product Expertise
    • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of tableware glass collections (materials, designs, usage scenarios).
    • Conduct product showcases for corporate decision-makers.
  4. Sales Strategy Execution
    • Design territory-specific action plans targeting:
      • Wedding/Event season opportunities
      • Corporate anniversary gifting programs
      • New hotel/restaurant openings
    • Execute trade schemes for corporate channels.
  5. Market Expansion
    • Identify and onboard new corporate partners through:
      • Tender participation (government/institutional supply)
      • Architect/Interior designer collaborations
      • Industry trade shows
  6. Operations & Compliance
    • Ensure timely delivery of fragile glass consignments.
    • Monitor stock levels at partner showrooms/warehouses.
    • Resolve breakage/complaint issues within 24 hours.
  7. Reporting & Intelligence
    • Track competitor activity in premium tableware segment.
    • Submit weekly corporate pipeline reports (pending orders/negotiations).
