Job Responsibilities:
∎ Traveling throughout an assigned territory.
∎ Maintaining solid working relationships with customers/dealers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
∎ Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by persuading customers within an assigned territory to purchase company products and services.
∎ Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques.
∎ Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
∎ Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs.
∎ Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations.
∎ Monitoring competitors’ sales activity within an assigned territory.
∎ New Dealer/ Distribution Creation.
∎ Achieving the sales targets and set goals for the respective area.
∎ Finding ways to ensure efficiency of sales operations.
∎ Timely collect money & due from the market.
∎ Setting and meeting sales targets to increase revenue.
∎ Finding ways to ensure efficiency of sales operations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in battery relevant field or any FMCG company.
∎ Energetic, dedicated, and hardworking with team spirit and a person of integrity and professionalism.
∎ Team player and enjoy work under pressure.
