∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Experience in Cement and Steel industry will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establish initial contact with clients.
∎ Support Sales & Marketing in the process of getting business from clients.
∎ Establish contact and get orders from clients to meet the sales target set for the period.
∎ Ensure timely collection of payment from small-sized customers.
∎ Resolve and escalate where necessary issues pertaining to customers.
∎ Maintain relationship with customers to ensure repeat business
∎ Support the process of sales and collections forecast for customers.
∎ Provide sales data and MIS as required on timely basis.
∎ Coordinate with logistics and unit CSD to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
∎ Coordinate with Accounts & Finance Department to communicate requisition for Customer Ledger / Accounts.
