Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA, Graduate in any discipline from any recognized university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular visits to distributors and prospective parties.
∎ Analyze the market and assist to develop an effective plan to maximize sales.
∎ Collect the sales orders, ensure delivery of products within stipulated timeline, and report to the line manager about daily, weekly and monthly sales & collection.
∎ Need to collect market information from field level/team and prepare competitive comparison reports to understand the market scenario at a glance.
∎ Explain the usage of the product to customers and demonstrate the various features of the product.
∎ Develop excellent trade relations with different traders & customers. Efforts to establish Brand image in the market.
∎ Collecting market and customer information.
∎ Able to provide Sales Report / Market Forecast on daily basis.
∎ Analyzing competitor activities in the region and assessing opportunities for further business development.
∎ Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information and guidance and by researching and recommending new opportunities and improvements to the product we sell.
∎ Willingness to take responsibilities and challenges with commitment and honesty.
∎ Self-driven, result oriented, hardworking and willing to work anywhere in the country
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ More than 2 years' experience in a reputed Auto- Mobile (Tire, Lubricants, Auto- Parts) industry will be given preferences.
∎ Must be willing to travel extensively.
∎ Experience with business to business and business to consumer sales techniques
∎ Strong management & leadership skills.
∎ Ability to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
∎ Ability to meet physical demands of jobs.
∎ Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
∎ Niche experience.
∎ Experience organizing social activities, seminars and trade shows.
∎ Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to inform sales strategies.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 22000 (Monthly)
