Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Salary review: Once in a year
∎ 2 yearly festival bonuses
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management.
∎ Engage with sellers to facilitate product sales in the local market.
∎ Establish new sourcing partnerships for key agricultural products, including vegetables, paddy, wheat, and maize.
∎ Compile and present daily sales reports, highlighting current sales figures, prospective sales opportunities, and strategies for expanding the client base.
∎ Take the lead in marketing strategy development and execution within designated areas, aiming to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Conduct regular market visits to assess sourcing partnerships, identify growth opportunities, build relationships, and monitor competitor activities.
∎ Identify opportunities to enhance solutions, improve the overall customer experience, and implement necessary changes.
∎ Oversee the logistics of product distribution, ensuring seamless communication with buyers to guarantee successful consignments.
∎ Qualified individuals from reputed universities. Preferably, commerce or science background.
∎ 1-2 years of work experience.
∎ Proven negotiation skills, and influencing abilities.
∎ Strong numerical and analytical aptitude.
∎ Proven experience leading cross-functional projects
∎ Good organizational skills include prioritizing, scheduling, meeting deadlines, and time management.
∎ Motorbike & Smart Phone: Need to have own motorbike and smartphone.
