Zillion Business Solutions is Looking to Hire "Telesales Specialist".

Responsibilities:

• Candidates have to make outbound calls to sell or promote products and services.

• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

• Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics Identify customers` needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.

• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise,

• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.

• You will be under 6 months of probation period contract.

• You can be our full-time member if you are a good performer.
