∎ আমাদের পণ্য সম্পর্কে কাস্টমারদের বিভিন্ন প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেয়া।
∎ আমাদের পণ্যের অর্ডার গ্রহণ করা এবং নির্দিষ্ট অর্ডার প্রসেসে আপডেট করা।
∎ কাস্টমারের ডিটেইলস ইনফরমেশনের আপডেট রাখা।
∎ কাস্টমারদের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা।
