Additional Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 35 years
  • Only Female
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a relevant field.
  • Female candidates are preferable.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Basic understanding of VoIP, Bulk SMS Service, call center solutions, or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and introduce Automas Technologies products and services professionally.

  2. Promote IP PBX, Call Center Solution, Bulk SMS, CRM, VPS & Cloud Services to corporate and business clients.

  3. Generate and qualify sales leads through Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and other online platforms.

  4. Conduct cold calling and follow-up activities to convert leads into customers.

  5. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable communication and automation solutions.

  6. Explain product features, pricing, and service benefits clearly and confidently.

  7. Maintain regular follow-up with interested clients to close sales successfully.

  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  9. Update lead status, customer information, and sales activities in the CRM system.

  10. Coordinate with the technical and support team during service onboarding and deployment.

  11. Prepare daily sales reports, lead generation reports, and follow-up updates for management.

  12. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

  13. Maintain professional communication via phone, email, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger.
