Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Research information using available resources, different directories & online sources and use them make calls and generate lead.
∎ Conduct cold calls to prospective customers to schedule appointments.
∎ Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations over the phone to captivate and convince potential customers.
∎ Identify potential customer segments and develop strategies to convert them effectively.
∎ Assisting the sales team by providing them with qualified leads and relevant customer information.
∎ Introduce our products/services to potential customers and build interest.
∎ Qualify leads based on established criteria and set appointments for our sales representatives.
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and customer interactions.
∎ Meet weekly/monthly quotas for qualified lead generation and appointment setting.
∎ Assisting the sales team by providing them with qualified leads and relevant customer information.
∎ Updating customer records and maintaining an accurate database of all interactions.
∎ Be very good at doing research to help generate leads.
∎ Experience in B2B, B2C Cold Calling
∎ Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation preferred.
∎ The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
∎ The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
∎ We are looking for a motivated Cold Calling Sales Lead Generator to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting potential customers through cold calling campaigns.
